Bhagirath Patel

Bhagirath Patel is Executive Director, Learning & Development at Aroneu. Many engineers today are unhappy with how they work, and the pressure follows them from one project into the next. Aroneu brought Bhagirath in so that everyone on the team has someone they can trust and speak to openly, about work and about life.

For more than 30 years he has mentored people around the world, and he serves as Executive President of the Holistic Science Research Center and the Vitrag Vignan Charitable Research Foundation in Surat. He holds an M.Com in International Banking and Business Finance, has presented at the Asian Philosophy Conference and Indian Philosophical Congress, and wrote the paper Holistic Vision: Man and Machine.

At Aroneu he makes sure people feel psychologically safe, that each new team member fits the culture, and that teams are ready to work with European clients: punctual, direct, well documented and responsible for their own work.
