Our story
A new rise.
Aro: to rise. Neu: new. Aroneu is a new rise for the companies we build with and the people who build with us.
There was never a starting point. Each of our founders has worked with the others since 2014, and experienced the efficiency we bring to the table.
We founders spent more than two decades inside European enterprises. The last twelve years were spent building connected car platforms for one of the world's largest automotive groups. The platform was growing fast and so were the costs, the hand-offs and the number of vendors needed to keep it running.
The obvious answer was to cut. We chose to build integrated teams from the ground up instead.
We brought German and Indian engineers into one team, on one pipeline, held to one standard. Within 14 months, the organisation became a team of high performers, with 37% fewer people.
Service levels went from 95% to 99.99%.
The company saved more than 50% of its costs, every year.
And drivers all over the world never noticed a thing.
The numbers were good, but what stayed with us was the people. Engineers who had been told what to do started deciding what to do, and eventually the new teams that had never met started finishing each other's work. People grew.
That is why Aroneu exists. To deliver the best to our customers while maintaining the quality, the culture and absolute ownership!
Today we are a growing team across Frankfurt, GIFT City, London and Ireland. We build AI-native engineering teams for European companies, with German standards and Indian depth, and we are only getting started.
