Data Residency
This page explains where personal data collected through the Aroneu website is processed, and the safeguards that apply.
1. Primary processing in the EEA
Aroneu is operated from Germany. Personal data collected through this website is processed primarily within the European Economic Area, in line with the GDPR.
2. Processing outside the EEA
Website hosting and form email run within the European Economic Area. One supporting service is based outside it, in the United States:
- Cal.com — booking and scheduling (United States), used only when you book a call.
In addition, authorised Aroneu personnel in India may access limited data where needed for business communication, support, or recruitment.
3. Safeguards
Where personal data is processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area, Aroneu uses appropriate safeguards where required. These may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms,
- contractual data-protection obligations with providers,
- access controls and role-based permissions,
- technical and organisational measures such as encrypted transmission.
This does not mean that all data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. It means that certain providers or authorised people may process or access limited data where needed for website operations, business communication, support, or recruitment.
4. Your rights
Your rights under applicable data protection law — including access, correction, deletion, and objection — are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to this page
We may update this page when providers, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published here.
